    Great hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a relaxing indoor pool. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me find a phone charger. Sena and Ismail were fantastic! I'm coming back for a city break.

    The rooms are newly decorated and beautifully maintained with a stunning view and balcony overlooking Bosphorus, for instance. The location is central. It's found in a lively area, not too far from many landmarks of Istanbul.

    Good location. Large pleasant room with fine views and a good balcony.Ideal for business trips to the city.Good choice of menus and excellent staff in the bars and restaurants.

    The price of food and drinks were rather high compared with city bars and restaurants.

    I liked the view and the balcony so much, the room was Sea view, sitting at the balcony and watching the sunset was amazing. As well the hotel was five minutes from the city center and the shopping area.

    I had a problem in my reservation during the C\In regarding using the executive lounge facilities,, the front desk supervisor promised to check the matter and to call me back, but he never did, I had to talk to him again on the second day of arrival, there was nothing, I talked to another F.O. agent, who promised to solve it and call me back, but he did not. Finally on the third day I asked the supervisor again who said that I can use the Lounge, but I did not use it during the whole stay as I was not sure about his answer.

    Enjoyed tennis at the Health Club and relaxed at the terrace cafe. The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff was super helpful. Just a heads-up, make sure to ask for non-allergenic bedding. Breakfast was a hit, too!

    One downside was some hygiene issues. We found dust and hair in the bathtub, and it took a couple of requests to get it resolved. It wasn't what we expected for the price.
